Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our products through Affinity Clinical Education. If we are unable to provide a course, we will contact you and discuss options going forward with your education.
Online Only Courses
Refunds will not be issued for online courses.
If an online course has been purchased in error, you may elect to either delay the start date by no longer than one (1) year, or request to exchange it for another online course for an equal or lesser value. You may only elect to exchange courses if course materials have not been opened/accessed.
Face-to-Face Courses
Notifications to cancel face-to-face enrolment must be received in writing more than five (5) days prior to the scheduled course date. Where more than five (5) business days’ notice is provided, the course will be refunded less a $30 administration fee.
Where less than 5 business days’ notice is received, the course may be transferred to another day, depending on placement availability. A maximum of one (1) course transfer will be honoured, at no additional cost. No refund will be provided for any additional cancelled courses.
Where course material has been issued to you in preparation for course attendance, where you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be applied less an administration fee and the cost of the course materials.
