Affinity Clinical Education is a division of the  Affinity Healthcare Group, which includes Affinity Nursing, a market leader in rural and remote travel nursing and midwifery.

In 2019, we established our education division to develop and provide core mandatory training and high-quality education programs which recognise the unique context in which rural and remote nurses and midwives work.

Our recruitment and education teams can work together to create individual transition pathways combining education and placement locations to enhance your journey into rural and remote nursing and midwifery.

Get in touch to learn from the best - so you can become your best.

What can you expect?

Our 20-year history working with nurses and health departments nationally means we understand the support  rural and remote nurses need from an education partner. This sets us apart, as does our highly trained educators who have extensive rural and remote experience – they speak your language and consider factors such as distance from support and limited resources.

We focus on providing clinical education that makes a difference to your practice and provides the highest level of preparedness. We support your learning through our coaching program which is based on your needs. We don’t apply the 'one-size-fits-all' approach.

We will continue to broaden the scope of our offerings, our ever-evolving knowledge of best practice, and our relationship with the Australian College of Nurses (ACN) and the Australian College of Midwives (ACM).

We are proud of the work we have done in education and training to date and are dedicated to our purpose of inspiring excellence and equity in healthcare.
