Candidates who are eligible to be reimbursed after attending and successfully completing an external education course, or Affinity Clinical Education ALS/PALS courses will need to meet the following criteria::

• Are working in or looking to secure a role where the education/course is relevant to clinical specialty, required to secure a role or highly desirable. Please contact your nominated Affinity nursing team member to confirm eligibility. 
• Reimbursement of course booking fee will only be processed once the candidates next contract with Affinity Nursing has been completed (please email info@affinityclinicaled.com.au on completion of contract for this to be processed). 
• If the candidate is on contract at the time of the course, the reimbursement will be processed once the current contract is completed (please email info@affinityclinicaled.com.au on completion of contract for this to be processed). 

Affinity provided courses are part of the Clinical Education Benefits Program, therefore a full refund of the ALS course booking fee will only be processed if a candidate has not received reimbursement under this program for any other external course in the preceding 12 months.

If Clinical Education Benefits Program reimbursements have been received within the preceding 12 months of the course date, course booking fee will not be refunded and will be accepted as course attendance fee.  

The candidate must complete the course successfully to be eligible for reimbursement. 

Additionally, candidates of Affinity Nursing are eligible to receive online training from Affinity Clinical Education that is relevant to their clinical specialty, required to secure a role or after completion of a contract by request to their nominated Affinity Nursing team member. 

• Candidates will be charged $500 booking fee to secure all bookings.
• The $500 booking fee will be fully refunded upon attendance and successful completion of the assessment and where all Eligibility Criteria can be satisfied.
• Candidates will be eligible to cancel their training and receive a full refund of their booking fee if cancellations are made in writing (info@affinityclinicaled.com.au) within 7 days of the date of the intended courses.
• Cancellations made with 7-3 days’ notice will be eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
• If a candidate fails to attend a course without notice, no refund will be payable.
• Affinity Clinical Education may be required to cancel the course due to insufficient numbers. If this is to occur candidates will be notified by email and SMS7 days prior to commencement of course. A full refund of the course fee will be provided.
